Hi, I'm Kalyani Khona

Born and raised in the bustling streets of Mumbai, India, my early 20s were marked by a wild dream to explore the globe. Instead of following the conventional college placement path, I flew to Brazil for a three-month internship, kickstarting my journey on an unconventional career path.I experimented with many internships within 18 months of graduation, clocking in 20 stints across startups and MNCs. My entrepreneurial journey began at 20 with the launch of Inclov; the world's first platform for people with disabilities to find a life partner, earning me accolades and a dinner with the Indian Prime Minister.In 2019, after closing my venture, I went on a soul-searching journey to Myanmar, where the first seeds of meditation were conceived in my mind. Despite some successful startup stints, I refused to settle for a life of discontent. Financial independence allowed me to question my true motivations and explore meditation and yoga, realising their true value lies in personal growth.Today, I continue to evolve on this journey, sharing my teachings with those who share my vision of inner growth and holistic evolution as true signs of progress.

Swadhyaya, meaning self-study or self-inquiry, is a program designed to facilitate deep personal reflection and transformation. Through guided sessions, participants will engage in practices that promote self-awareness, inner growth, and a deeper understanding of one's true self.

We often think of philosophy as confined to intellectual debates, but can our understanding of philosophy actually teach us the art of living? At Santim, we believe it can. All our programs are rooted in the ancient philosophy of Samkhya, which provides a comprehensive framework for understanding the universe and our place within it.Samkhya philosophy, one of the oldest systems of Indian thought, distinguishes between purusha (consciousness) and prakriti (matter). It posits that true knowledge and liberation come from understanding the separation of these two entities. This dualistic approach offers profound insights into the nature of existence, the mind, and the path to self-realization. By integrating Samkhya into our programs, we aim to offer not just intellectual understanding but practical tools for holistic wellness, including meditation, diet, and lifestyle practices.


I had no understanding on what Samkhya is, or how knowledge of it might benefit me as an individual. But the curiosity about the ancient scriptural and philosophical knowledge and how Kalyani is going to connect wellness part with it, which she specialises in, led me to sign up for it.The series of 10 sessions turned out to be more beneficial, fun and actionable than I expected it to be. It's truly amazing how Kalyani was able to explain heavy aspects with ease and within 6 theory sessions, i had pretty solid understanding about it. Although, the philosophy is entirely theoretical, she had designed beautiful meditation techniques ranging from basic to boss level difficulty. Much to my wonder, these techniques have become so ingrained that am able to apply these in my regular daily sessions.The truly turning point for me was when I began reading other philosophies and scriptures on my own and it felt like everything seems to fit the puzzle. I was able to get the core of these and that would never have happened with this ease if I hadn't taken the sessions.
