Swadhyay

"Swadhyaya" (स्वाध्याय) is a Sanskrit term meaning self-study or self-inquiry. In the context of this program, it involves introspective study to help you understand the root causes of the challenges that are hindering your growth potential, guiding you to gain a deeper understanding of your true self.

  • Kalyani holds the Advanced Teacher Training Course (900 hours TTC, RYT 500) certification and completed Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai.

  • She further pursued studies in Yoga Therapy at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, gaining profound insights into the practical application of yoga-meditation.

  • With extensive knowledge spanning physiology, anatomy, and a nuanced understanding of stress and its pathological impact, Kalyani is also trained and certified to teach Yoga to Persons with Disabilities and Health Disorders.
